Timothy Wojcik joined LGR in 2012 and became the agency’s Rights Director in 2024. Tim is no longer taking on clients and is closed for submissions.

For over a decade, Tim worked in the rights department alongside former Rights Directors Beth Fisher and Mike Nardullo, developing relationships with our authors, our network of co-agents, and literary scouts; brokering translation and audio deals; and advocating for our books around the world. He attends the major book fairs in London and Frankfurt every year, meeting with international editors to discuss our wide list of titles.

As the son of Polish immigrants, Tim has a particular interest in the multi-varied subject of the immigrant experience, and otherwise loves reading literary fiction of all sorts, from the classics to the contemporary and formally inventive. His non-fiction tastes range widely, from history and biography to prescriptive self-help and science.

Born in Lawrence, Kansas, Tim has lived in New Orleans, Den Haag, Houston, and spent many childhood summers with family in the outskirts of Warsaw. He attended Hendrix College in Arkansas, where he majored in English with an emphasis in creative writing – poetry and played collegiate lacrosse. He now lives in Queens, NY.

In his free time, Tim is a tennis fanatic, a staunch Liverpool FC supporter, and attempts to write his own fiction.
